At EPS we pride ourselves on offering the highest standard of support to our partners, because when you’re happy, so are we. 

Our partner services team bridges the gap between business and technology. They provide practical advice on everything related to our API, from integration and optimization to hotel mapping and digital marketing. The EPS partner services team is made up of launch managers, integration consultants, digital optimization specialists and technical operations support. They're all specialists in specific aspects of our technology – so when you need support, you can go straight to an expert.

Integration specialists

At the outset you'll be assigned an integration specialist who knows the EPS product portfolio inside out.

They'll start your integration by reviewing your current solution or architecture so that they can provide you with tailored technical support. They’re then with you throughout the integration process, from planning and best practice through to error-handling, ensuring you get the most out of our solutions.



Launch manager

Once your integration specialist has reviewed your current environment, your launch manager defines the full scope of your integration project.

They work with other internal EPS teams to get you live as quickly as possible, and to make sure that we deliver a launch process that meets your key business goals and delivers a successful product.



Optimization specialist

Your optimization specialist will work with your team to keep your integration effective.

It doesn't stop at launch. Once your integration is live, you'll be assigned an optimization specialist, who will review your environment and provide advice on ongoing improvements and opportunities. This includes reviewing quality in API usage, hotel matching, geography enrichment, traffic acquisition strategy, conversion optimization and more.



Technical support

If you have technical queries, our helpdesk is on hand to advise and troubleshoot.

With English-language staff support during work hours in different locations around the globe and a self-service support center available 24/7, means you can get help and advice quickly when you need it.
