Life at EPS: Meral Sahin

Feb 19, 2018

What area of EPS do you work in?

Technology

What do you enjoy most about working at EPS?

The best part of working at EPS is the diverse and inclusive culture.

Tell us about a project you are most proud of and why?

I'm most proud of how we are always pushing to develop and adapt cutting edge technologies in areas such as Machine Learning and Cloud Computing. We are one big team at EPS collaborating cross functionally with various departments where everybody's opinion is respected. It is amazing to see ideas turning into products in short iterative cycles and have an immediate impact on bookings.

Tell us about a person who has supported your development? And how?

So many, it's hard to name just one person. We have an incredible support system here at EPS. From our very own leader Ariane, to many more, everybody is incredibly approachable and always ready to support one another.

How does EPS support your work/life balance?

Breakfasts to surprise treats, to generous travel and well-being benefits, EPS is always ensuring a healthy work/life balance.

What is your most memorable travel experience?

My most memorable travel experience so far is when I did island hopping in Greece with my family. It was grounding and centering meditating facing the sea, seeing the crowds watching the famous sunset of Santorini, discovering the Minoan settlement from Bronze Age, and just getting lost swimming in the endless blue.
